Yes. All presentations, including webinars, must be submitted in a prerecorded format no later than September 1st, 2020.

Yes.

  • The slideshow and lecture notes themselves must be provided by September 6th, 2020.
  • A minimum of 5 multiple-choice questions pertaining to the subject material of the lecture must be provided no later than October 6th, 2020
  • A headshot photo, a brief personal bio, a lecture title, and a short summary of the content of the lecture must be provided within 10 days of your agreement to speak at the IVCVX conference.

You should submit your materials to maya@redstonemediagroup.com before the dates specified above. We will also remind you by email.

You should contact maya@redstonemediagroup.com to ask any questions regarding the content or structure of the talk. Be sure to give ample notice before the deadlines if you encounter any problems!

Yes, a live test run for speakers will be held on October 22nd, 2020. All speakers are expected to be online 1 hour prior to the commencement time sent to them, in order to troubleshoot. If you are not available on this day, please let us know immediately at setup@ivcvx.vet.

Yes! We offer a number of helpful tips and recommended tools for filming your video. In certain cases, we can even help you direct your recording remotely. Contact setup@ivcvx.vet for more information.

If you are unable to be online for your session, let us know immediately at setup@ivcvx.vet. We will play your prerecorded video rather than have the live webinar. Your viewers will still have the opportunity to ask you questions at a later date, but it will not be through a live-chat format.

No, the difficulty of your questions is up to your discretion. However, they should only draw off of what you have said in your talk, and no one should need outside knowledge to be able to answer them correctly.

You should login at least an hour prior to the start of your live session. This will allow you plenty of time to troubleshoot any potential issues and to prepare yourself.
